We hope you will contact us, but at least if you can, try and aim to do half an hour of moderate physical activity on most days of the week.  This could include going for a brisk walk or doing some gardening.  If you haven't been active for a while, start slowly and work towards this goal, and if you have any concerns or medical conditions please make sure you consult your doctor first.
