Diane helped me as my personal trainer to achieve personal goals.  I found our sessions motivating and fun as she varies the exercises each time.  The goals set were achievable and this made it very rewarding as I saw my progress each week.  Diane is so very friendly and extremely professional.  I have had a few trainers before but Diane is by far the best that I have experienced.

I would definitely recommend Diane as a personal trainer. She is very flexible and approachable, and she planned each session carefully, taking into account my level of fitness at the outset and my goals. She gave me a variety of exercises to do both during the sessions and on my own, and she made sure that these became more challenging over time. I can honestly say I don’t think I’ve ever felt so good or motivated about exercise. Diane is the most wonderful Personal Trainer. She is so unassuming and approachable, it’s like training with a friend. She put me on the right track and frame of mind to get myself into a good exercise routine. A friend and I trained together with Diane and although we had different physical needs and goals it worked brilliantly for both of us. At 92, I had held out against having a personal trainer for many years, but was finally persuaded, by a friend who was training with Diane.  Since then my wife and I have never looked back. The aches and stiffness which I had supposed were the inevitable consequences of age began to diminish, and the loss of balance, which had several times caused me to fall, likewise became more manageable. Add to that a general sense of well-being and energy and it is plain why my wife and I mean to continue our personal training indefinitely.  Nor have the benefits been merely physical. Our sessions with Diane have been among the bright spots of the week, thanks not only to her very professional competence, but also to her great good humour.  She does seem to have a gift for lifting morale. Diane provided a professional, calm, bespoke programme that enabled me to commence exercising without the fear I had held for so long.
