Diane helped me as my personal trainer to achieve personal goals. I found our sessions motivating and fun as she varies the exercises each time. The goals set were achievable and this made it very rewarding as I saw my progress each week. Diane is so very friendly and extremely professional. I would definitely recommend Diane as a personal trainer. She is very flexible and approachable, and she planned each session carefully, taking into account my level of fitness at the outset and my goals. She gave me a variety of exercises to do both during the sessions and on my own, and she made sure that these became more challenging over time.
