Diane Toothill is the founder of dtfitness and is passionate about exercise and its benefits. She wants her clients to be able to keep their heart and bodies healthy, improve their body shape and posture, and increase in confidence and well-being so that they can enjoy life more!  
 
Diane provides a high quality, personalised service which is delivered with exceptional care.  She works with her clients to help them reach their goals – whether it is to lose weight, improve body shape, to be able to climb those stairs at work without getting puffed, or to run a marathon! 
 
Diane also believes that age is no barrier to keeping fit and healthy and provides personal fitness training especially for 50+ adults.
 
A qualified YMCAfit Personal Trainer, Diane is a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals Level 4,  www.exerciseregister.org, and Fitness Professionals (FitPro). Diane has also achieved the Premier Certificate in Exercise Prescription for Pre and Post Natal, YMCAfit Exercise & Ageing Certificate, and is a Later Life Training Postural Stability Instructor.
